Similar to our personal card list, the Amex Business Platinum card takes the top spot because it provides access to multiple airport lounge networks, including Priority Pass lounges (upon enrollment), Amex Centurion Lounge, 10 visits to Delta Sky Clubs (when flying Delta same-day) with the ability to unlock unlimited visits through spend, Escape Lounge, Plaza Premium Lounge, and more.
