Global Entry expedites U.S. immigration and customs for international travelers via a kiosk with passport scan or facial recognition.
TSA PreCheck speeds up U.S. airport security, allowing prescreened travelers to keep shoes, light outerwear, liquids, and electronics on.
Travelers can apply for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck through the Homeland Security website. There is a $120 application fee for Global Entry and an $85 fee for TSA PreCheck.
