Avelo’s route network continues to grow, with the announcement of 4 new nonstop routes from its newest base at Bay Area’s Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport (STS).

The new destinations focus on the western U.S. and include Boise, Idaho, Kalispell, Montana, Portland/Salem, Oregon, and Pasco, Washington.

Avelo will now serve 8 nonstop destinations from its new base at Sonoma County, up from 4 previously.

“Sonoma County Airport is by far the Bay Area’s best airport – it’s small, smooth and seamless travel experience is unmatched by any other airport in the region. Which is why we are doubling the number of nonstop destinations Avelo offers from STS,” said Andrew Levy, Chairman and CEO at Avelo Airlines.

Let’s take a look at the schedules for these exciting new Sonoma County routes, which begin on May 1, 2024.

Avelo’s Newest Routes From Sonoma County

Avelo currently provides nonstop flights from STS to Las Vegas, Los Angeles/Burbank, Bend/Redmond, Ore., and Palm Springs. With the addition of these nonstop routes, the airline now offers the most nonstop routes from Sonoma County Airport (STS), its newest base.

If you’re interested in flying on any of these routes, you can search for availability and book tickets directly through Avelo’s website.

The airline will use its fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft, all of which have economy seats set up in a 3-3 configuration, to operate these new flights. Introductory one-way fares start at $62.

Hot Tip:

Avelo offers a very customer-friendly cancellation policy. Passengers who have made a booking with Avelo have the flexibility to modify or cancel their flight online up to 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time!

Final Thoughts

Avelo’s route expansion showcases the airline’s achievements at the Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport (STS) in the Bay Area since its first flight in April 2021.

Bay Area residents now have more flight options to destinations in the Pacific Northwest with Avelo.
