BermudAir’s 3 New U.S. Routes

BermudAir, a newly established premium airline located in Bermuda, made its debut in 2023. Since then, the airline has introduced direct routes from Bermuda to various U.S. cities, such as Baltimore (BWI), Fort Lauderdale (FLL), Orlando (MCO), Boston (BOS), and Westchester County (HPN).

The airline is set to expand in the U.S. with the introduction of 3 new routes to Charleston, South Carolina (CHS), Hartford (BDL), and Raleigh-Durham (RDU), all scheduled to launch in April 2025.

Each of the routes will be serviced by the airline’s fleet of Embraer 170 and Twin-Turboprop aircraft.

The table below provides detailed information on each route, including the start date, frequency, and aircraft type.

The carrier’s Embraer E175 will fly all 3 routes because it has 2 of these aircraft in its fleet. Tickets for these flights are currently available for purchase on the airline’s website with fares starting at $239.

“With the only direct flight options to these key North American cities, Bermudians are now just a short flight away from vibrant new cultures, incredible destinations, and endless opportunities for business and leisure,” a spokesperson for the airline stated. “The new services also open the door for more inbound visitors to Bermuda, making the island more accessible than ever.”

Hot Tip:

Bermudair’s planned expansion in the U.S. will soon see the airline operating 8 direct routes annually to the East Coast of the U.S., alongside 2 existing routes to Canada: Halifax (YHZ) and Toronto (YYZ). This brings a total of 10 routes to North America for the Bermuda-based carrier.

Final Thoughts

BermudAir has revealed plans to launch service to 3 new destinations: Hartford, Raleigh-Durham, and Charleston, South Carolina, starting in April 2025. The island recently inaugurated a stunningly gorgeous new airport, and ongoing efforts will continue to improve airport amenities to accommodate the increasing number of travelers flocking to the island.

BermudAir will have 8 direct routes to the U.S. starting in April 2025, competing with carriers such as American Airlines and JetBlue for a share of the revenue generated by flights between these destinations.
