Changes are coming to Priority Pass memberships on the Capital One Venture X Business CardInformation collected independently. Not reviewed by Capital One.. Starting October 31, 2025, cardholders will lose access to airport restaurants through Priority Pass — a disappointing change for those who’ve enjoyed a full-fledged meal and refreshments before a flight.

Here’s what you need to know about this upcoming change.

Priority Pass Updates for Capital One Venture X Business Cardholders

All good things must come to an end — and this is particularly true for cardholders of the Capital One Venture X Business card. That’s because cardholders have begun receiving an email from Capital One letting them know that their current Priority Pass Select memberships will expire on October 31, 2025.

Cardholders are receiving direct communication about this change and are being asked to re-enroll in a new Priority Pass Select membership through the Capital One Mobile app to maintain access.

As part of this update, airport restaurant access through Priority Pass will no longer be available. This is a disappointing change for travelers who have enjoyed restaurant-quality meals and drinks from the associated dining credit before their flights.

Lounge access, however, remains unchanged: Primary cardholders still get unlimited complimentary visits and can bring up to 2 guests for free, with additional guests allowed at $35 per person per visit.

To avoid any interruption in lounge access, cardholders should enroll in the new Priority Pass Select membership as soon as possible. Once enrolled, you’ll receive instructions via email to download the Priority Pass app and access your digital membership card.

Hot Tip:

While many credit cards still offer Priority Pass membership, very few continue to provide access to Priority Pass restaurants. This perk has become increasingly rare for travelers who enjoy complimentary meals and drinks before a flight. That said, there are still a few standout cards that include restaurant access, including the Bank of America® Premium Rewards® Elite Credit Card and the JetBlue Premier World Elite Mastercard®, making them some of the best options for keeping this benefit alive.

Final Thoughts

It’s a bit of a bummer for Capital One Venture X Business cardholders. Losing Priority Pass restaurant access takes away one of those little perks that made airport travel more enjoyable. That said, lounge access and guest privileges there remain intact, so you’ll still have plenty of ways to relax before your flight.

If you’re a cardholder, make sure to re-enroll in your new Priority Pass Select membership through the Capital One app before October 31 to avoid interruptions. If preflight meals are a must, consider pairing your card with other premium options that still offer Priority Pass restaurant access.
