Hilton has announced the signing of agreements for 2 new hotels in Italy: DoubleTree by Hilton Naples Oriente and Hampton by Hilton Rome St Peter’s, both scheduled to open next year.

Here’s what you need to know.

Italy Will Soon Be Home to Several New Hilton Hotels

Hilton has shared that both hotels are set to open in the spring of 2025.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Naples Oriente is set to feature 122 rooms and will be conveniently situated in Naples, just a stroll away from popular tourist spots like The Royal Palace of Naples, the Sansevero Chapel Museum, and a quick drive from Castel dell’Ovo and the famous Ruins of Pompeii. The hotel will have a gym, a restaurant open all day, and a rooftop bar with stunning city views.

Meanwhile, the 124-room Hampton by Hilton Rome St Peter’s will mark the brand’s debut in the heart of central Rome. The hotel is conveniently situated near Vatican City, offering guests access to on-site amenities like a gym and 2 meeting rooms, all while being just a short distance from the iconic St Peter’s Square.

“We continue to experience significant growth across Italy – with more than 2,000 rooms in our pipeline – and are pleased to announce two additional signings across our full and focused service brands,” said Alan Mantin, Hilton’s vice president of development in Southern Europe.

Hampton by Hilton Rome St Peter’s and Doubletree by Hilton Naples Oriente will be part of nearly 100 properties in Hilton’s portfolio across Italy. This includes the recently opened Anglo American Hotel Florence, Curio Collection by Hilton; Mangia’s Santa Teresa Sardinia, Curio Collection by Hilton; and Hilton Garden Inn Milan Malpensa properties.

Although these hotels aren’t available for booking on the Hilton website just yet, guests can still earn and redeem Hilton Honors points when staying at either hotel.
