The highly anticipated Park Hyatt London River Thames was announced in 2020 (with an original opening date of 2022) and will finally open this fall.

Here are the details about this new Park Hyatt hotel and how you can book it with points.

Park Hyatt London River Thames Opening This Fall

According to its website, Park Hyatt London River Thames is now accepting reservations for stays starting on October 1, 2024 (although, in practice, the website only shows availability on November 1, 2024, and after).

This new Park Hyatt hotel is a Category 7 property that costs 25,000 (off-peak), 30,000 (standard), or 35,000 (peak) points per night.

The Park Suite River View is bookable for 43,000 (off-peak), 48,000 (standard), or 53,000 (peak) points per night. Since this is a standard suite, you can even apply a suite upgrade award if this room category is available to book.

Starting in November, the cash cost of rooms is around $700 for a refundable member rate. With points prices ranging from 25,000 to 35,000 points per night, you can get around 2.0 to 2.8 cents per point value. That’s a great deal, considering we value Hyatt points at 1.5 cents each.

Hot Tip:

Need more points? You can earn Hyatt points by staying at a Hyatt hotel, using a Hyatt credit card, or by transferring points from Chase Ultimate Rewards.

Park Hyatt London River Thames — Rooms and Amenities

Park Hyatt London River Thames will be located in the Nine Elms area next to the Thames River. The hotel’s 203 guest rooms and suites will provide a sophisticated yet comfortable place to retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle. Floor-to-ceiling windows, a Nespresso machine, a mini-bar, and a bathtub with rain shower will greet guests in each room.
