It’s that time of year again when planning for spring break is in full swing.

Spirit has recently announced they’ll add 4 new nonstop routes to Tampa International Airport (TPA). Beachgoers and sunbathers flock to Tampa and nearby Clearwater Beach during spring break, and now they’ll have more flight options to get there.

“Airlines are seeing very heavy demand for peak season travel to Tampa Bay,” said Alex Heiter, director of air service development at Tampa Airport. “Spirit’s additional services are a key indicator of the tremendous popularity of our region for visitors from around the world.”

Here are the details about Spirit’s limited-time new services to Tampa.

Fly Spirit From Kansas City, Memphis, Milwaukee, and Nashville This Spring Break

If Tampa is on your list for this spring break, then Spirit can take you there from over 20 cities around the U.S., now including Kansas City (MCI), Memphis (MEM), Milwaukee (MKE), and Nashville (BNA).

The scheduled dates of operation and frequency of the flights are as follows:

Hot Tip:

Not only does Tampa attract airlines from across the U.S., but the likes of U.K.-based Virgin Atlantic also launched a nonstop daily service from London to Tampa in late 2022.

Final Thoughts

Spirit has its eyes set on Tampa for this spring break, with the addition of new nonstop flights from several U.S. cities where residents seek to get out of the cold. With one-way fares to Tampa starting at $37, there are plenty of reasons to escape to the sun and have a good time!
