Air France passengers flying La Première first class to and from Paris will have the opportunity to enjoy a selection of exquisite dishes created by renowned French chef Emmanuel Renaut, who holds 3 Michelin stars. Moreover, Gault & Millau’s 2013 pastry chef of the year, Claire Heitzler, has created new desserts for La Première passengers.

These exciting new menu options have already made their debut, and premium passengers flying Air France this winter and spring are in for a delightful treat.

Now, let’s delve into the details of these tasty new additions.

Winter and Spring 2024-2025 Air France La Première Menu

Air France passengers flying in La Première this winter and upcoming spring will have the delightful opportunity to savor and select from a delectable menu curated by critically acclaimed chef Emmanuel Renaut.

The menu showcases a delightful array of imaginative and French-inspired dishes, highlighting the use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients that change with the seasons. Renaut focuses on Savoyard cuisine from the Alpine region, and dishes here rely heavily on cheese and potatoes.

But the dishes offer much more than that. There are 5 new starters, including Beaufort PDO soufflé, cream of mushroom with truffles, and foie gras with salsify, blueberry, and onion chutney. The 8 new main dishes celebrate French cuisine, including polenta with wild mushrooms, spinach, and mountain cheese or Scallops quenelle with tangy cream sauce and root vegetables.

Apart from these menu items, the airline is also reaffirming its commitment to offering vegetarian options.

Air France has a new partner for its La Première desserts. Claire Heitzler was elected pastry chef of the year in 2013 by Gault & Millau, and passengers will enjoy a delectable emphasis on French, seasonal products. These 7 new desserts will be unveiled gradually in first class, including a triple chocolate cloud — a combination of chunky chocolate shortbread with creamy dark chocolate — and Castanéa, which features Ardèche chestnuts and Corsican clementines.

These new menu options are available on a rotating basis for Air France La Première passengers flying between Paris (CDG) and Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire (ABJ); Dubai (DXB), Los Angeles (LAX), Miami (MIA), New York City (JFK), San Francisco (SFO), Washington, D.C. (IAD), São Paulo (GRU), Singapore (SIN), and Tokyo-Haneda (HND).
