There are some interesting new Amex Offers popping up that are unlike offers we’ve seen before. At first glance, these new offers appear to be for any shopping within specific European countries. However, once you dig into the details, they seem to be a bit more limited.

There are some pretty unique new Amex Offers popping up that are geared toward shopping at particular retailers in select European countries.

Amex Offers can only be added to 1 card and they need to be activated before making a purchase.

Shop in France: Spend $200 or More, Get $40 Back (Up to 10 Times; $400 Total)

Get a $40 statement credit after spending $200 or more in a single purchase at participating merchants in France by December 31, 2023. This offer can be used up to 10 times (once at each participating merchant) for a total credit of $400. Eligible merchants include:

• Barriere Hotels: Only valid on room rate and room charges; reservations must be made online
• Golden Tulip Hotels: Only valid on room rate and room charges; reservations must be made online
• Hotel Lutetia: Only valid on room rate and room charges; reservations must be made online
• Chateau de Versailles Spectacles: Valid online only
