All Nippon Airways (ANA) now offers complimentary Wi-Fi for business class passengers on international flights.

Passengers flying long-haul business class with the airline will be delighted by this exciting news, as it enables them to stay productive on their laptops or phones throughout the flight at no extra cost. Here are the specifics about which planes now offer this feature.

ANA Business Class Passengers Now Have Free Wi-Fi

Originally teased earlier this year, ANA now offers complimentary Wi-Fi to business class travelers on international flights. First class passengers have long enjoyed the convenience of free Wi-Fi on long-haul flights. Now, business-class passengers also have the opportunity to take advantage of this inflight perk. Full-flight Wi-Fi passes cost $21.95 on most flights, providing considerable savings.

“ANA is dedicated to continuously elevating our customer experience, and the additional Wi-Fi enhancements that will be utilized for personal or business purposes is the latest offering for our passengers,” said Tomoji Ishii, Executive Vice President, Customer Experience Management and Planning of ANA, during the original announcement of this feature.

Complimentary Wi-Fi service is available for business passengers on ANA’s Boeing 777-300ER, so long as the plane has the new “The Room” seats.

For Boeing 777-300ER planes with the older seats and Boeing 767 planes, free Wi-Fi for business class should be available once the planes are refreshed.

Free Texting for Premium and Economy Passengers Coming March 2025

ANA’s commitment to improving the passenger experience extends beyond premium cabin customers. The airline has announced a useful new addition to its inflight experience for all passengers. Starting in March 2025, ANA will provide complimentary inflight texting to premium economy and economy passengers on international flights.

All passengers on ANA international routes will be able to enjoy the convenience of texting friends and family for free during their journey on long-haul flights. This perk, combined with ANA’s impressive inflight entertainment and exceptional service, is sure to enhance passenger satisfaction further when flying with the airline.

Bottom Line:

Starting in March 2025, passengers in Economy and Premium Economy classes will have the opportunity to enjoy the convenience of inflight texting.

Final Thoughts

Better connectivity is great news for ANA passengers, especially on longer international routes. Business class passengers can now enjoy free Wi-Fi, and economy and premium economy passengers will be able to text for free starting in 2025.

This will allow passengers to use their tablets, laptops, or phones for entertainment or to be productive while flying internationally to or from Japan.
