Chase has introduced new health- and wellness-related offers for Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card and Chase Sapphire Reserve® cardholders.

These offers, available for Sapphire cardholders until May 31, 2025, could save you a nice chunk of cash on a Calm App membership and programs that could be quite beneficial to your general health.

Let’s take a look at the latest Chase Offers.

The following offers are available to cardmembers through May 31, 2025:

  • Lifeforce: A comprehensive proactive health program combining diagnostics, doctors, coaches, and science-backed therapies. Sapphire cardholders who spend $599 or more for a 1-time diagnostic can get $300 back.
  • Calm App: Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders can receive 1 year free of Calm Premium (spend up to $69.99, get up to $69.99 back). Chase Sapphire Preferred cardholders can receive 50% off 1 year of Calm Premium (spend up to $69.99, get up to $34.99 back).
  • Prenuvo: A full-body MRI scan service that offers early detection of potential health conditions. Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders who spend $2,499 or more on a full body scan can get $600 back.

Cardholders can access Chase Offers via their online account, the Chase app, or by selecting an offer from their email. To receive cash-back, you’ll need to activate the offers and then make your purchase using your Chase Sapphire card.

Is It Worth It?

For many Sapphire cardholders, the Calm app subscription may be the most attractive wellness benefit among the 3 options available. The Calm app is a popular meditation, sleep, and relaxation app designed to help users reduce stress, improve focus, and sleep better.

American Express once provided complimentary Calm Premium subscriptions to qualifying U.S. cardholders. That offer ended in 2020, making this Chase Offer a fantastic chance to save on a Calm app subscription or even get it for free if you hold a Chase Sapphire Reserve card.

Final Thoughts

Chase is providing select Sapphire cardholders the opportunity to save on wellness perks, whether it’s an app for sleep, an MRI service for preventative health, or a comprehensive health program. If you are interested in any of these valuable perks, be sure to make a purchase by May 31, 2025, to receive some serious cash-back.
