There’s a brand-new Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). This 18,000-square-foot space features Texas-inspired decor and food, premium amenities, and the lounge network’s first-ever whiskey bar.

This will be the ninth Chase Sapphire Lounge in the U.S. Upgraded Points was invited to a media preview of the lounge on July 15 ahead of its official opening on July 16, 2026.

With perks like a Face Haus spa, a family room, a private nursing room, rest pods, and showers, this new lounge will be a relaxing respite for travelers in Dallas.

Here’s a first look inside this new Chase Sapphire Lounge.

Chase Sapphire Lounge at DFW Airport

The new Chase Sapphire Lounge at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) officially opens on July 16, 2026. Announced earlier today, the lounge is located in Terminal D by Gate D25 and is open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

This 18,000-square-foot lounge draws inspiration from the city and state it calls home. Earth tones, leather, and textured fabric (even faux cow-hide) reflect the Texas landscape, while sleek stones and modern lighting incorporate the modernity of Dallas.

Texas-inspired art and photograpby can be found throughout the lounge and is featured over the signature Chase Sapphire Lounge fireplace.

Bottom Line:

The new Chase Sapphire Lounge at DFW airport opens on July 16, 2026. It’s the ninth Chase Sapphire Lounge in the U.S. and includes premium food and drinks, plus amenities including a Face Haus spa, rest pods, and showers.

Amenities

The Chase Sapphire Lounge in Dallas features lots of different seating types so guests will be comfortable whether they want to grab a drink, gather with friends, dine in, or get some work done. While there aren’t any runway views, there’s seating along a long hallway with views of the terminal below.

One of the most premium features found at select Chase Sapphire Lounges is a Face Haus spa. Travelers can book a complimentary 30-minute treatment to get refreshed before a flight. I had the opportunity to try out a facial and can confirm: It’s a special treat for an airport lounge.

If you want to use the Face Haus spa, make an appointment as soon as you get into the lounge, as spots can fill up fast.

Next to the 2 spa treatment rooms are 2 rest pods, which can be booked in 30-minute increments. Amenities included an eye mask and ear plugs.

There are 2 quiet rooms.

At the far end of the lounge, there’s a family room with space dedicated to the youngest travelers, as well as a private nursing room for mothers and babies.

The bathrooms were dark, done in a mix of marbles and stones. There was plenty of space as well as a baby changing station and complimentary toiletries.

Showers were located near the spa and need to be reserved in advance. Just like the regular bathrooms, the shower room was very dark.

The lounge has showers.

If you need to take an important call, there’s a private phone room available.

The phone room is a quiet spot to take a call.

Finally, the Chase Sapphire Lounge at DFW features Peloton stretches and meditations for guests to use on their phones or tablets. These were created exclusively for the lounge network and will soon be available in all Chase Sapphire locations.

The one thing I thought was lacking was the number of outlets. Many of the seating areas had no place to charge a phone or tablet, which feels like a miss in such a premium lounge.

Hot Tip:

Even if you’re on a long layover, you can only access Chase Sapphire Lounges within 3 hours of your departure time.

Food and Beverage

The Chase Sapphire Lounge in Dallas has partnered with local restaurant Encina to create a menu of Texas-inspired fare, including standouts like Blue Corn Butterscotch Pancakes, DFW Sapphire Burger, Slab Bacon and Cheddar Grits, and Southern Pulled Chicken With Apple and Celery Slaw.

The lounge’s signature bar lies at the center of the space. It serves a selection of signature cocktails — which can be made without alcohol — beers, and wines in partnership with Parcelle.

Any of the signature cocktails could me made alcohol-free.

Travelers can enjoy a first for Chase Sapphire Lounges: a whiskey bar. It features a curated selection of Texas whiskeys, including an exclusive custom barrel selection found only in this lounge. There’s even a traveling whiskey cart that offers guided pairings and a featured cocktail.

For guests looking for a lower-octane option, there are 2 separate beverage stations featuring coffee, water, and a selection of soft drinks.

One of the highlights is the locally roasted coffee from Cherry Coffee, a Fort Worth-based, female-owned coffee shop. Be sure to grab a biscotti or 2 to enjoy with your coffee.

Finally, there was a section of to-go options next to the front desk with light bites, beverages, and coffee (which felt very reminiscent of what you might see at a Capital One Lounge). This was something we usually don’t see in Chase Sapphire Lounges, so this is a huge plus for Dallas travelers.

How To Access the Chase Sapphire Lounge in Dallas

There are several ways to access the new Chase Sapphire Lounge at DFW. Select cardholders get unlimited visits for themselves and up to 2 guests. Children under 2 are free, and additional guests are $27 each.

Access to Chase Sapphire Lounges is one of the reasons I keep the Chase Sapphire Reserve card.

Additionally, anyone who holds a Priority Pass membership (from any credit card) can access a Chase Sapphire Lounge once per year at no extra cost. Guests cost $27 each, and any additional visit by a Priority Pass member costs $75.

Entry is allowed up to 3 hours before your flight, and a same-day boarding pass is always required.

Final Thoughts

The new Chase Sapphire Lounge in Dallas opens July 16, 2026. This premium space offers a new place for travelers to rest and recharge before their flight from DFW. Premium amenities include a Face Haus spa, showers, and a whiskey bar.
