The 2024 Olympic Games are just around the corner, and millions of travelers are gearing up to visit Paris this summer. To celebrate, Visa announced it would host exclusive events — just for Chase Sapphire Reserve® cardholders.

From a floating lounge to a kickoff party, here’s what cardholders can expect at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Events in Paris for Chase Sapphire Reserve Cardholders

Visa has been an official sponsor of the Olympics since 1986 and will host 3 events throughout this year’s games for those with the Chase Sapphire Reserve card.

First, Visa will host the Olympic Games Paris 2024 Kickoff Party on July 27. The event will be held at Girafe Paris in the 16th arrondissement, featuring small bites and drinks with a view of the Eiffel Tower.

Throughout the games, the Visa Lounge for Chase Sapphire Reserve will be accessible to cardholders. This floating lounge on the iconic Seine River is located centrally at 4 Port des Invalides and will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Attendees can look forward to curated dining and meeting legendary Olympic athletes when visiting the lounge.

Finally, Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders can book exclusive dining reservations at Girafe, the same restaurant hosting the kick-off party. The à la carte menu will feature more dishes from the event’s collaborating chefs.

How To Get to the 2024 Summer Olympics

It’s not too late to get to the iconic Olympic Games this summer. You can still fly to Paris with points and miles miles, and tickets are still available for select Olympic and Paralympic events, including the opening ceremony, track and field, and artistic gymnastics.

With many hotels already sold out, it may be worth checking out Olympics hospitality packages that include hotels and event tickets.

Hot Tip:

If you don’t have the Chase Sapphire Reserve card yet, there’s still time to apply and receive your card in time to unlock access to the exclusive events. The premium travel card includes perks such as a $300 annual travel credit, earning 5x points on flights and 10x points on hotels and rental cars booked through Chase Travel.

Bottom Line

Millions of travelers are visiting the City of Lights for the summer Olympics. If you also have a Chase Sapphire Reserve card, you can now register to attend cardholder-exclusive events and check out the floating lounge on the Seine.
