You can play around with itineraries or simply choose a different U.S. departure point in the drop-down menu to see “starting at” pricing, though the cheapest fares aren’t available on every day — and will disappear the longer you wait to book.

For example, flights from DFW are significantly more than those out of BOS, given the extra distance.
