The property boasts 404 guest rooms and suites, along with a year-round heated rooftop pool, the first Guerlain Spa in Canada, and 10XTO, an impressive 90,000-square-foot athletic club featuring tennis courts, squash courts, and fitness studios.

Along with scenic gardens and stunning views of the Toronto skyline, the Hotel X Toronto will also feature some unique amenities, including a cinema, an art gallery, a variety of dining options, and 60,000 square feet of versatile event space.
