Disney World Launches Discounted Afternoon-Only Tickets for Summer

Disney is rolling out a new way to visit the parks this summer, and it could save you some money if you don’t need a full day of rides and churros.

Walt Disney World just launched a new after 2 p.m. discounted ticket for early summer visits to The Most Magical Place on Earth.

Guests can choose from 2-day and 3-day park tickets, valid for 1 park per day — no park reservations required. Prices vary by date and range from $116 to $154 per day.

Important details include:

• Valid for visits from May 26 through July 29, 2026.
• The 2-day ticket must be used within 4 days of the selected start date.
• The 3-day ticket must be used within 5 days of the selected start date.
• The ticket is valid for admission only after 2 p.m. to one theme park each day.
• Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.

Just note that any Lightning Lane selections, theme park dining reservations, or other reservations before 2 p.m. won’t be valid with this ticket.

Is It Worth It?

Although this isn’t the cheapest ticket you can find this summer (you can get a 4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket for $109 per day), this could be the best price on 2- and 3-day Walt Disney World tickets.

For those guests who don’t like rope dropping and would prefer a leisurely morning, this is a great way to save some cash on tickets you were already planning on buying. And now you won’t be paying for hours that you won’t be in the park.
