Where To Find Promotions in the Hyatt App and Website

Once you’ve updated to the latest version of the World of Hyatt app, you’ll find the new promotions hub in a dedicated section within your account.

Here’s how to access it:

Open the Hyatt app and log in to your World of Hyatt account.
Tap the “Account” icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Select “Overview.”
Scroll down and look for the new “Offers for you” section.

There, you’ll see all current promotional offers available to your account, along with the ability to register for each with just one tap. This is particularly useful for limited-time promotions that require registration — something Hyatt has historically required via email or the website.

Tapping a promotion shows details and a simple “Register” button.
