World of Hyatt Bonus Journeys Is Back, Offering up to 28,000 Points Through Mid-April

Hyatt just released its first Bonus Journeys global promotion of 2026, and it provides up to 28,000 bonus points through a multi-pronged offer.

Members can earn up to 21,000 bonus points at properties worldwide, plus earn up to 7,000 more points on stays at Hyatt Place or the new Hyatt Select brand. Unfortunately, that last brand is attached to a very limited footprint.

Earn Bonus Points on Your Next Hyatt Stay

Between February 2 and April 15, 2026, you can earn up to 28,000 bonus World of Hyatt points on stays. This comes with a 2-tier approach:

• Earn up to 21,000 bonus points at Hyatt properties worldwide, offered as 3,000 bonus points for every 3 nights stayed during the promotional period.
• Earn up to 7,000 bonus points at Hyatt Place and Hyatt Select properties, available as 1,000 bonus points for every 3 nights stayed during the promotional period.

Only stays completed after registration qualify for bonus points. This offer applies to not just hotels with “Hyatt” in the name but also participating Mr & Mrs Smith hotels, the Venetian Resort, and Homes & Hideaways by World of Hyatt.

For the wider promotion, offering up to 21,000 points, there are some terms you should know about. Starting with your first eligible stay, you can earn 3,000 bonus points for every 3 nights spent at eligible properties worldwide. Eligible nights include paid nights and those booked using points or free night awards. If you stay at the Venetian, Homes & Hideaways, or Mr & Mrs Smith, those stays must be booked through Hyatt, not other channels.

Terms for the Hyatt Select and Hyatt Place offer say members will get 1,000 bonus points for every 3 nights stayed, starting with their first stay. This offer combines with the 3,000 points offer above.

Based on our valuation of Hyatt points at 1.5 cents each, 7,000 points are worth $105. Using those same numbers, 21,000 points are worth $315, while 28,000 points are worth $420.

It’s worth noting that stays booked before enrollment are eligible for the bonus, so long as the nights you stay are completed between February 2 and April 15, 2026.

Finally, note that only 1 room is eligible for this bonus. If you book multiple rooms on the same reservation, only 1 will qualify for the bonus points. Points will be posted to your World of Hyatt account 2 to 3 weeks after you complete an eligible stay.
