Many travelers are familiar with the beautiful Caribbean island nations of Aruba and Curaçao. These islands are part of a trio known as the ABC islands, nestled in the Leeward Antilles of the Caribbean Sea.

However, the lesser-known island of Bonaire, the “B” of the ABC islands, has begun to attract travelers due to its crystal-clear waters, outstanding scuba diving, and year-round sunshine.

In May, JetBlue announced that it would be launching a new service to the beautiful island of Bonaire (BON) this fall. Today marked the inaugural flight from JFK to Bonaire, and the airline is commemorating this new route with special introductory fares of only $99 each way.

As of today, JetBlue is the only airline offering nonstop flights from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to Bonaire (BON), with the inaugural flight taking off today between the Big Apple and the Caribbean island.

JetBlue is celebrating the launch of this new route to Bonaire by providing limited-time, special one-way fares of $99 for flights between New York-JFK and the Caribbean island. These fares are available exclusively online at jetblue.com.

JetBlue will operate this new route twice per week with the following schedule:

  • Depart New York (JFK) at 7 a.m. and arrive in Bonaire (BON) at 12:46 p.m.
  • Depart Bonaire (BON) at 2:10 p.m. and arrive in New York (JFK) at 6:30 p.m.

The offer only applies to one-way prices, and reservations must be made by November 8, 2024, to take advantage of these low rates. The deal only applies to travel on Tuesdays and Saturdays from November 26 to February 11. The blackout period dates for these introductory fares is December 17–December 28, 2024.
