Lufthansa’s best-ever first class is about to take to the sky.

The German flag carrier will debut its hotly-anticipated cabin on November 9 from Munich (MUC) to Bangalore (BLR).

The new first-class cabin and suites, which are found on the airline’s newest Airbus A350-900 aircraft, are part of the Allegris rebrand of all Lufthansa cabin classes.

Let’s take a closer look.

Lufthansa’s Luxurious New Allegris First Class

After debuting its new Allegris economy, premium economy, and business class cabins back in April, Lufthansa has certainly left the best until last.

The Allegris First Class suites will fly for the first time in November. The cabin’s inauguration suffered delays due to technical issues with the installation, which were caused by the surplus weight of the Allegris first-class suites.

With the addition of the extraordinary space, comfort, and unique design of the cabins, this first class is sure to wow those who are lucky enough to experience it for themselves.

Those who wish to level up to the Suite Plus will be able to travel with a companion in the privacy of a shared suite.

Following Allegris’ arrival in the first destination, which is Bangalore (BLR), Lufthansa will send its first class Allegris cabins to Mumbai (BOM) on November 15.

Despite the launch in November, the rollout for commercial use will be slow. The initial focus is a technical introduction phase.

As more of Lufthansa’s Airbus A350-900 fleet is updated with the Allegris first-class cabins, the airline will invite some of its most loyal customers to experience the cabins, followed by targeted upgrades before eventually opening up the cabin to regular bookings.

Hot Tip:

It’s currently unclear exactly how many points or how much cash will be required to fly Lufthansa’s most prestigious seat yet. What we do know is you’ll likely need a ton of Lufthansa Miles & More miles, which are actually easier to earn than you might have thought.

Here are some of the most exciting innovations and perks that passengers flying in a Lufthansa Allegris first-class suite can look forward to:

  • Almost 1-meter wide seats
  • The ability to control the temperature of the suite
  • Floor-to-ceiling walls and lockable doors for optimum privacy
  • A spacious wardrobe
  • Mood lighting
  • Wireless headphones

Final Thoughts

After being wowed by Lufthansa’s Allegris business class, I can only imagine how amazing it will be to fly the Allegris first-class suites. Here’s hoping it won’t be long before we’ll have an in-depth review for you to enjoy!
