UAE-based Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) has announced an exciting new collaboration between 3 of its Dubai hotels and the Marriott Group.

From January 1, 2024, the ADNH-owned properties, including The Address Dubai Marina, Vida Downtown Dubai, and Manzil Downtown Dubai, will be renamed and rebranded as Marriott properties.

“The UAE is our largest market in the Middle East, and our success in this market stems from our collaborations with world-class owners and developers such as Abu Dhabi National Hotels,” said Jerome Briet, chief development officer for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Marriott International.

Here’s what we know about Dubai’s hottest new Marriott hotels.

Marriott’s 3 New Dubai Properties

If Marriott wasn’t already spoiling you for choice with over 50 properties in Dubai, the global chain’s 3 new luxury additions will undoubtedly make choosing where to stay even more difficult.

While still owned and operated by ADNH, the properties will take on a new identity with their respective new Marriott brands starting January 1, 2024. Better still, Marriott Bonvoy members will now be able to redeem points for stays at the 3 ADNH properties.

Hot Tip:

Thanks to multiple Marriott co-branded credit cards, you can enjoy enhanced benefits and increased points earnings when staying at Marriott properties around the globe.

The Address Dubai Marina will become JW Marriott Hotel Marina, Vida Downtown Dubai Hotel will become Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection, and the Manzil Downtown Dubai Hotel will become The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection.

Both new Autograph Collection properties will be located in the Downtown area of the city, not too far from the Dubai EDITION.

As for the new JW Marriott, it will be located around 13 miles (21 kilometers) away from downtown in the Dubai Marina.

The hotels won’t be closed as they take on their new Marriott identity. Rather, work will be carried out and enhancements made while continuing to welcome guests. However, reservations haven’t yet opened for the new hotels.

“We are delighted to strengthen our relationship with Marriott International through this deal, which is in line with our overall strategy and the evolving dynamics of our business model,” said Khalid Anib, CEO of Abu Dhabi National Hotels.

Bottom Line:

Marriott and Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) have entered into a partnership that will re-brand 3 ADNH locations in Dubai as Marriott properties beginning on January 1, 2024.

Final Thoughts

Marriott will be welcoming 3 Abu Dhabi National Hotels properties into its portfolio beginning in January. JW Marriott and Autograph Collection are 2 distinctive Marriott brands that are worth considering when planning your next trip to Dubai.
