Norse Atlantic Airways is bringing back cheap flights to Paris (CDG).

The Scandinavian long-haul, low-cost carrier has announced that it will be launching a nonstop service between New York (JFK) and the French capital on March 26, 2023 — just in time for the upcoming summer travel season.

“We are very pleased to announce our new route connecting Paris and New York JFK,” said Bjorn Tore Larson, CEO at Norse Atlantic Airways. “The introduction of affordable Norse Atlantic Airways point-to-point flights between France and the United States, will benefit both local tourism and businesses.”

The news comes just weeks after JetBlue announced that it, too, would be launching a service between New York and Paris in 2023.

Here are the details you need to know.

Fly To Paris For Less With Norse

Norse Atlantic is filling the gap that Norwegian left in the nonstop, low-cost, transatlantic market.

The latest development will see the return of super low-cost fares between New York and Paris.

The service will operate daily with the following schedule:

  • Depart Paris (CDG) 7:45 p.m. — Arrive New York (JFK) 10 p.m.
  • Depart New York (JFK) 12:30 a.m. — Arrive Paris (CDG) 2:05 p.m. (+1)

Paris will be the 4th European city for which you’ll be able to make the most of Norse Atlantic’s low fares.

“Norse Atlantic Airways now serves four key European destinations from New York with Paris joining London, Berlin and Oslo,” said Larsen.

All Norse’s flights are operated by its fleet of Boeing 787 Dreamliners that feature economy and premium cabins. In premium, passengers can expect a 43-inch seat pitch with 12 inches of recline.

Bottom Line: Norse Atlantic is slowly building up its transatlantic route network with fares on some routes starting as low as just $120 one-way

The lowest economy return fares (checked baggage not included) we’re seeing start at $385. And to experience Norse’s premium cabin, you’ll be looking at paying almost 3 times the price from $965 for a return ticket.

Final Thoughts

If you’re planning a visit to Paris and want to save your hard-earned dollars while you’re there, then look no further than Norse Atlantic for a low-cost way to hop across the pond.

If Paris isn’t your thing, then why not make the most of Norse’s low-cost fares to elsewhere in Europe like Berlin, London, or Oslo.

What destination could be next for Norse?
