Portuguese national flag carrier TAP is celebrating the seventh anniversary of its Miles&Go program by offering an 50% miles bonus on flights to Portugal and beyond.

The limited-time offer ends at 6:59 p.m. ET on October 20, 2025, so you’ll have to move quickly if you want to get these bonus miles.

All you have to do to be awarded the bonus miles is book a cash ticket before the deadline of 6:59 p.m. ET on October 20, have a TAP Air Portugal Miles&Go frequent flyer account, and use the BDAY2025USD promo code at the time of reservation.

The promotion’s terms don’t list any blackout dates or required travel periods. That means all flights booked by October 20 should qualify, no matter when you travel.

Travelers can expect the bonus miles earned through the promotion to be credited to their Miles&Go accounts within 15 days of the standard miles being credited.

While a 50% bonus is certainly generous, we’d suggest doing some math before you go ahead and book a flight with TAP to earn these bonus miles.

The number of regular miles earned varies depending on the fare type and elite status of the passenger.

Using the above discount fare as an example, passengers with no TAP Miles&Go elite status would earn 20% of the 8,650 miles flown on this round-trip. Therefore, this booking would earn 1,730 miles plus an additional 865 bonus miles from the 50% bonus. That’s a total of 2,595 miles.
