I visited both Priority Pass lounges in Copenhagen’s Terminal 2 on the same morning in February 2026. The better lounge was the Aspire Lounge, which was a bit hard to find but well worth the effort. While it’s on the smaller side for lounges, service was friendly, amenities were good, and I found the breakfast options much better here.

If you’re scrolling through the Priority Pass app before choosing a lounge to visit in Copenhagen, here’s what you should know about the Aspire Lounge.

How To Access the Aspire Lounge in Copenhagen

The Aspire Lounge in Copenhagen is in Terminal 2 of Copenhagen Airport (CPH) and is part of the Priority Pass lounge network. It opened in December 2025.

Anyone with a Priority Pass membership can access the lounge, which is open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Guests are permitted a 3-hour stay. Since many credit cards offer a Priority Pass membership as a benefit, holding one of these can give you access to the Aspire Lounge before your next trip, even if you’re flying in economy.

The number of guests you can bring depends on your membership card’s rules, but children under age 3 are admitted at no charge when accompanied by an adult with lounge access.

I get my annual Priority Pass membership through the Platinum Card® from American Express. This benefit is available at no additional cost to cardholders but does require enrollment. The lounge accepts digital Priority Pass membership cards, so showing this in the Priority Pass app to gain entry wasn’t a problem during my visit.

Hot Tip:

Wondering which credit cards still offer Priority Pass guest privileges? Our comparison has all the details you need.

If you don’t have Priority Pass, the Aspire Lounge also accepts Dragonpass, Lounge Pass, several Nordic membership plans, and premium passengers from Air Greenland, Air Baltic, and Eurowings. If you don’t have any of these, day passes are available for 299 kr ($47.50) per person.

4 Things You Should Know About Copenhagen’s Aspire Lounge

There are 2 Priority Pass lounges available in Copenhagen’s Terminal 2. The other is the Carlsberg Aviator Lounge, which I visited after leaving the Aspire Lounge.

I preferred my time at the Aspire Lounge. Here are 4 things you should know about it.

1. It’s Tricky To Find

When I checked the Priority Pass app for details on the Aspire Lounge, it told me to turn right after exiting the duty-free shop and then find the lounge opposite the La Place Restaurant. That wasn’t helpful since this restaurant wasn’t there during my visit.

Additionally, the Aspire Lounge doesn’t have a large sign that makes it easy to spot. As you head toward the A gates in Copenhagen’s Terminal 2, look for the elevator and steps next to the large In Motion store on the right side of the walkway. This is in the connector area between the A and B gates. If you reach any gates (meaning you’ve passed all the stores), you went too far.

After going up the steps or elevator, you’ll find a small walkway on the upper floor. This leads to the lounge’s sliding glass doors. The check-in area is immediately inside.

2. It’s on the Smaller Side

The Aspire Lounge holds a maximum of 100 guests, and I was surprised to see that number. While looking around during my visit, it felt more like a lounge for 60 to 70 people.

Seating was available near the buffet and bar area immediately upon entry. Continuing straight past the bar, a larger seating area in the rear had chairs, sofas, and seats in groups around tables.

There was also a small seating area near the phone booths. This area held 8 people in booth-style seats.

3. Amenities Were Quite Good for a Lounge This Size

Normally, smaller airport lounges are light on amenities, but that wasn’t the case for the Aspire Lounge.

Amenities included glass phone booths for private calls, a smoking room, and departure boards near the entrance. The lounge didn’t have its own private Wi-Fi, though; guests used the airport’s public Wi-Fi.

Restrooms were not available in the lounge, so guests had to use the toilets in the concourse.

For an extra charge (199 kr or $31.60 per person), there was an adults-only suite at the rear of the lounge that offered tableside service with à la carte dining.

4. Food and Beverage Options Were Great

At breakfast, the Aspire Lounge offered multiple hot dishes on the buffet. These included scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, grilled mushrooms, and hash browns. There were also several types of breads, a few fresh fruits, cold cuts, and a cheese slicer that I’d never seen before.

In the center of the lounge was a fully stocked bar with several high chairs, though guests could also take drinks to any of the other seats. Other beverage options included juices, sodas, teas, water, and coffee.

Final Thoughts

From the poor directions in the Priority Pass app to the small size of the lounge, I didn’t expect much from my visit to the Aspire Lounge when I walked in.

That assumption proved to be incorrect, and I thought this lounge was quite good overall and enjoyed it more than the other lounge I visited in Copenhagen.

Between the food and beverage options, friendly staff, and useful amenities, this is a lounge worth visiting — even if using the bathroom requires a trip to the concourse below.
