Club H10 is relatively simple compared to other hotel loyalty programs. There aren’t any award charts, the program is revenue-based, and the terms are basic and easy to understand.

Perks and Benefits

Members automatically get a 5% discount on all hotel bookings, a welcome gift upon arrival, and a welcome drink.

Earning

The earning ratios for stays are straightforward:

  • Earn 40 points per night at 5-star hotels
  • Earn 30 points per night at 4-star hotels

  • Earn 2 points for every €3 (around $3.50) of extras that are charged to the room

Extras include items from the minibar, room service, bars and restaurants (outside of all-inclusive or Privilege service), and spa purchases.

Redeeming

Redeem points when paying for a stay, either entirely with points or by discounting the value of the points and paying the rest in cash. There are no award charts or complicated redemption terms — every 25 points is worth €1.

Points Expiration, Claims, and Partnerships

Points expire 4 years after they are issued. You can also claim any missing points up to 90 days after your stay. Club H10 doesn’t have partnerships with any airlines or shopping portals at this time.

Joining the Club H10 loyalty program is worth it if you plan to stay at an H10 hotel. Since the program is free to join and offers a 5% discount, you’ll get a slightly cheaper rate if you become a member, which can add up if you stay for more than just a couple of nights.

Joining is an easy way to start maximizing the program, as you’ll start with 100 points and can book your next stay using the 5% discount. However, racking up extras is the most lucrative way to earn points. This is ideal for travelers who want to dine or drink at the hotel, as you’ll get 1 point for every €1.5 you spend.

I tend to get a lot of value here when I stay at my favorite H10 hotel, the H10 Croma Málaga. Because the hotel has a gorgeous rooftop bar and pool, I make sure to dine, drink, and hang out when I stay, enjoying the fabulous views and atmosphere, charging the bill to my room for additional points.
