Its newest property, 25Hours Hotel The Oddbird will be located in District 8, an integrated mixed-use development in Jakarta, the Indonesian capital. The area will have other residential and hotel options, offices, and a shopping mall. The hotel will be close to the city’s nightlife and culinary scene as well as other popular sights throughout the city.

The forthcoming hotel will feature 345 rooms, including a mix of traditional hotel accommodations as well as residences ideal for digital nomads looking for longer stays and short-term visitors alike. Though the brand promises that each hotel is uniquely designed to reflect its home city, there are a few common features to look forward to.

For example, 25Hours Hotel The Oddbird will feature Monkey Bar, just like its sister properties in Berlin and Dubai. Additional food and beverage offerings will include COPA which will serve South American cuisine, and a lobby lounge and bar.

Public areas will include workspaces, a karaoke lounge, and an outdoor swimming pool with wellness facilities. Guests will all receive free driving time thanks to the hotel’s partnership with Mini to explore the city on their own.

The brand will plant its flag in Sydney, Australia, and will open a second property in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2024. And in 2026, the brand will open new properties in Trieste, Italy, and Porto, Portugal.

The brand also said it’s planning properties in Budapest, Hungary, and Trojena, Saudi Arabia.
