Is This Offer Worth It?

It has to be said: Spending $2,000 for a bonus of 30,000 Membership Rewards points is among Amex’s better offers.

In fact, as per our valuations of Membership Rewards points, 30,000 Membership Reward points are worth around $660! That’s a 33% return on $2,000 worth of spending.

The slight downside is that the $2,000 must be spent on flights with ANA, which means a trip to Japan (or beyond).
