Adding an authorized user to your account is pretty simple. Here’s how to do it after logging in:

Click on “Manage Account Users” and then “Account Information” in the main menu.
Click on “Add an Authorized User to my Account.”
Then click “Submit.”
Enter your new Authorized User’s information and click “Submit.”

Amtrak says that adding an authorized user and receiving the statement credit will be applied to your account within 4 to 6 weeks after the promotion ends.
