Some Bank of America Rewards Members Can Now Access Free Passport and Visa Services

Bank of America is partnering with ItsEasy.com to provide new services for some of its BofA Rewards members.

Premium-tier members can now utilize a range of passport and visa services as part of the bank’s broader push to beef up its travel offering for its members. That even includes help for a lost passport while in another country.

Free Passport and Visa Concierge Service for Bank of America Premium Members

Some BofA Rewards members have access to more services, thanks to a new partnership between the bank and ItsEasy.com. This service helps travelers obtain passports and visas, assists with urgent travel document requests, and more.

Now, BofA Rewards Premium members — those who have at least $1 million in Bank of America or Merrill accounts — can access ItsEasy’s concierge services free of charge, including:

• Support for standard passport renewals (government fees still apply)
• Support for eligible emergency passport requests (government fees still apply)
• Assistance with passport photos, application review, submission, and status tracking

Premier members will also receive a 20% discount on additional passport and visa services.

The addition of ItsEasy benefits builds on the suite of services Bank of America already offers Premium members, which include DiamondAir International VIP airport services at more than 500 locations across the globe, Blacklane chauffeur services in more than 60 countries worldwide, and a revamped travel portal, which launched earlier this year.

BofA Rewards Premier is the highest level in the recently overhauled program.

Members receive a laundry list of benefits. In addition to the travel-centric ones listed above, these include a 75% credit card rewards boost, 0.375% mortgage fee discount, 0.625% HELOC rate discount, 0.5% auto loan discount, waived service fees, unlimited waived fees for non-Bank of America ATMs worldwide, a 2% foreign currency exchange discount, a 0.15% Merrill Guided Investing fee discount, and up to $180 in annual subscription credits.

As a reminder, members must have at least $1 million deposited in Bank of America or Merrill accounts to qualify for this level.
