Southwest’s Points With a Purpose Campaign

With a minimum contribution of $25, you’ll receive 10 Rapid Rewards points per dollar donated through December 16, 2024.

Here are the charities you can support:

Make-A-Wish, which creates life-changing experiences for children with severe illness.
Rescue America, which provides a 24/7 hotline for the sexually exploited.
Team Rubicon, which provides volunteers to support various crises throughout the world.

You can donate here through the Points with a Purpose program. A maximum of 10,000 Rapid Rewards points can be earned through this promotion, which is roughly $110 in airfare based on our valuations. Southwest operates a revenue-based loyalty program where points equate to the cash cost of the flight.

Earn More With Give Big Hawai‘i Donations

You can earn 25x points on Give Big Hawai‘i donations from $25 to $400 through December 31. The maximum amount earned from this promotion is 10,000 points.

Over 100 organizations in Hawaiʻi can benefit from your donation, including the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaiʻi, Aloha United Way, Responsive Caregivers of Hawaii, and more.

Hot Tip:

Keep in mind the points you earn through these promotions cannot be used to earn Southwest elite status or the coveted Companion Pass.
