Capital One’s long-awaited new airport lounge dining concept has finally opened its first location. Capital One Landing debuted today, November 19, 2024, at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA).

Capital One Landing at DCA Now Open

Today, November 19, 2024, marks the opening of Capital One Landing at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), the issuer’s newest airport lounge dining concept in its lounge network.

Capital One has been making waves recently, coming from an influx of new airport lounge openings at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Denver International Airport (DEN). Plus, there are more upcoming locations in Las Vegas (LAS) and New York’s JFK.

However, Capital One Landing at DCA is a novel airport lounge that focuses on offering guests high-quality food and beverage options. The lounge is located in Terminal 2’s National Hall, near Concourse D, and is 5,500 square feet in size.

Guests can expect a thoughtfully crafted food and beverage menu by chef José Andrés, guaranteeing restaurant-quality meals. The lounge will also have a chic bar with talented mixologists and wine directors on site, ready to attend to guests.

If you’re short on time and need to catch your flight, you can pick up what Capital One refers to as “On the Fly” breakfast items. These include sandwiches and salads prepared by the José Andrés group, all packaged for takeaway.

How To Access Capital One Landing at DCA

Select Capital One cardholders will receive complimentary access to the new Capital One Landing at DCA. Additionally, all travelers can enter the lounge for a fee (subject to availability).

Here’s who can access Capital One Landing at DCA:

  • Cardholders of the Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card and Capital One Venture X Business Card will receive unlimited complimentary access to Capital One Lounge and Landing locations. Additionally, a special pricing of $45 applies for each additional guest per visit (or $25 for guests 17 and under).
  • Cardholders of the Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card and Capital One Venture Business CardInformation collected independently. Not reviewed by Capital One. can purchase entry to Capital One Lounge and Landing locations at a reduced rate of $45 per visit.
  • All individuals, including cardholders and non-cardholders, can have lounge access for a fee of $90 per visit. Children under 2 can enter for free when accompanied by an eligible cardholder.

All travelers, whether or not they hold a Capital One card, can access the à la carte On the Fly experience at Capital One Landing. Cardholders of the Capital One Venture X card and Capital One Venture X Business card receive a 50% discount for On the Fly purchases.

The lounge is open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, and eligible guests must show their boarding pass to enter. Travelers can access the lounge up to 3 hours before their departure time. The On the Fly section is open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Bottom Line:
