Chase and DoorDash Introduce New Grocery Benefit, Expand Partnership

Chase and DoorDash continue to enhance their partnership. They introduced a new grocery benefit for Chase Sapphire and other consumer Chase cardholders, and Chase continues to offer the DashPass benefit to eligible cardmembers.

Here’s what you need to know.

DoorDash Launches a New Grocery Benefit for Chase Cardholders

In 2020, Chase partnered with DoorDash to provide a 12-month complimentary DashPass membership, allowing select Chase credit cardholders to enjoy free delivery and reduced service fees on their DoorDash orders.

Now, with the announcement of a new benefit, starting on February 1, 2025, cardholders of the Chase Sapphire Reserve^®, Chase Sapphire Preferred^® Card, Chase Freedom Flex^®, Chase Freedom Unlimited^®, and Chase Slate Edge℠ (closed to new applicants) will receive up to $20 off each calendar month at checkout on grocery, convenience, or other non-restaurant orders on DoorDash.

Chase Sapphire Reserve card

• New: Cardmembers with an activated DashPass membership will receive 2 promos of up to $10 off each calendar month at checkout on grocery, convenience, or other non-restaurant orders on DoorDash
• New: Cardmembers will receive a new monthly benefit for $5 off restaurant orders on DoorDash

Chase Sapphire Preferred card

• New: Cardmembers with an activated DashPass membership will receive 1 promo of up to $10 off each calendar month at checkout on 1 grocery, convenience, or other non-restaurant order on DoorDash

Freedom Flex card

• New: Cardmembers with an activated DashPass membership now receive 1 promo of up to $10 off each quarter at checkout on 1 grocery, convenience, or other non-restaurant order on DoorDash

Freedom Unlimited card

• New: Cardmembers with an activated DashPass membership now receive 1 promo of up to $10 off each quarter at checkout on 1 grocery, convenience, or other non-restaurant order on DoorDash

Chase Slate Edge card (closed to new applicants)

• New: Cardmembers with an activated DashPass membership now receive 1 promo of up to $10 off each quarter at checkout on 1 grocery, convenience, or other non-restaurant order on DoorDash

With the DoorDash partnership with Chase now extended until December 31, 2027, cardholders of the Chase Sapphire Reserve card, Chase Sapphire Preferred card, and the J.P. Morgan Reserve Card who have yet to activate their membership will have an additional 3 years to do so, ensuring they receive at least 12 months of DashPass.
