Update:The offer mentioned below has expired and is no longer available.

Check your emails: Chase has just extended a targeted offer to select Ink cardholders. If targeted, you could earn 10,000 Ultimate Rewards points by simply adding an employee card to your account.

There is a deadline, but on the bright side, there are no minimum spending requirements, and it’s an easy way to boost your balance of Chase points.

10,000 Chase Points for Adding an Employee Card

So, how do we cash in on this offer? Well, it’s seemingly a targeted promotion that seems geared toward Ink Business Unlimited® Credit Card holders rather than any other Chase Ink cardholders. Still, if you’re a Chase business cardholder, you’ll want to check your email to see if the offer is available to you.

  • Receive 10,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards for adding an employee card.
  • Valid for cardholders who add an employee card to their account by March 1, 2024.
  • To qualify, the account needs to be open and not in default.
  • At the time of fulfillment the employee card still needs to be associated with the account.

Adding an employee card is free of charge, there are no spending requirements, and this addition does not affect someone’s 5/24 status (which is the metric that Chase uses to approve you for new credit).

Keep in mind that there could be tax implications for this type of bonus, which falls under miscellaneous income. If this is the case for you, Chase will send out a tax form reflecting this.

A bonus for adding a cardholder without spending requirements? And the card doesn’t cost you anything to add? It seems almost too good to be true — and too good to pass up.

If you’re anything like us, we know you’re wondering if you can take advantage of this multiple times. Unfortunately, no.

This bonus is only limited to 1 per eligible account, and any changes you make to your credit card will render the offer null and void.

If you do qualify, don’t make urgent plans for those points — as they will be credited up to 8 weeks after the last day of the promotion.

That delayed gratification will be well worth it, as this is an easy 10,000 Ultimate Rewards points — which are renowned for being some of the most flexible, valuable, and transferable points in the game.

Final Thoughts

If you’ve been selected for this offer, we say hop on it. It’s an easy way to get 10,000 Ultimate Rewards points with minimal qualifications and restrictions.

Finding offers like these can easily be missed if you don’t know what you’re looking for, which is why we’ve done the heavy lifting for you. Now, go check your email!
