CLEAR has been expanding its offerings in a pretty significant way recently. In 2025, it launched CLEAR Concierge, a service that allows members to receive a personal escort from a CLEAR Ambassador from the point of arrival to the front of the security line or all the way to the gate.

Now, CLEAR has added an arrivals service to the Concierge program, helping users find ground transportation or their connection in an efficient, seamless manner.

CLEAR Concierge Expands to Arrivals

CLEAR Concierge is expanding to arriving flights, and the new service is now available at a handful of airports nationwide, including Boston (BOS), Denver (DEN), Las Vegas (LAS), Miami (MIA), Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA), Palm Springs (PSP), and Seattle (SEA).

If you choose to book the service, input your arriving flight information, and a CLEAR Ambassador will greet you at your gate to help you move through the airport, assist with baggage, and more. If you have a connecting flight, you’ll be guided directly to your new gate. If you’ve arrived at your final destination, you’ll be escorted through the airport to the appropriate place to meet your ride or access public transportation.

CLEAR Concierge Arrival Service is available for groups of up to 8 people. It normally costs $199, but it is currently available for $99.50 on your first booking. You can start a booking on this page, but remember that you need to be a CLEAR+ member in order to take advantage of any CLEAR Concierge services.
