There’s some major news from Ennismore’s Delano this morning. The brand has inked deals for 2 new hotels in New York and London, Delano SoHo New York and Delano London, and will reopen Delano Miami Beach early next year.

Here’s what you need to know.

Details on New Delano Hotels

Accor announced on October 15 that it would open 2 new Delano hotels in New York and London. Let’s go over what you need to know about each hotel.

Delano SoHo New York will take over the 5-star Dominick Hotel, offering 391 guest rooms and suites, as well as multiple event spaces. The current Dominick Hotel features 3 dining options, a fitness center, and a spa.

Delano London is slated to open in late 2026 and will be located steps from Kensington Gardens. The hotel will have 67 guest rooms and an on-site restaurant.

But that’s not all. The hotel giant also shared details about the highly anticipated reopening of the Delano Miami Beach, scheduled to reopen in early 2026. Delano Miami Beach will offer 171 guest rooms and suites, including poolside bungalow suites and penthouse suites. The Art Deco hotel will have 4 restaurant and bar options, including Rose Bar, which once hosted Hollywood celebrities.

Unfortunately, reservations don’t appear to be available yet. We’re not seeing the bookings on Ennismore’s or Accor’s websites. We’ll keep an eye out and update this post with pricing as soon as it becomes available.

About Delano

Delano is one of Accor‘s lifestyle luxury brands, known for bold designs and high-end dining.

The first Delano hotel opened in 1947 in Miami and played a significant role in the city’s rebirth. Today, there are 2 Delano properties currently open in Dubai and Paris. However, Accor has ambitious plans for the Delano brand, with projects underway in Istanbul, Puglia, Marrakech, and Costa Rica.

Like several other brands, Delano hotels participate in both ALL – Accor Live Limitless and Ennismore Dis-loyalty. We expect Delano SoHo New York, Delano London, and Delano Miami Beach to participate in both programs when they open.

Hot Tip:

When you redeem points at ALL – Accor Live Limitless properties, you’ll redeem them at a fixed value of €40 (approximately $47) off your bill for every 2,000 Reward points you redeem.

Final Thoughts

Accor is opening and reopening 3 luxury Delano hotels, which is excellent news to start the day. While we don’t have many details, we know 2 of the hotels will open sometime next year, so start planning your trips now!

We’ll provide updated details on pricing and opening dates when we know more.
