Delta’s investment in its Sky Club lounges doesn’t show any signs of stopping.

After a bumper couple of years, which saw the opening of Delta One Lounges at JFK, LAX, and Seattle (SEA), Las Vegas (LAS) has been announced as the next airport to get a brand new lounge.

The Atlanta-headquartered carrier has also shared news of updates to other Sky Club locations.

Delta Will Open Sky Club at Las Vegas’ Harry Reid Airport

Despite operating dozens of daily flights from the airport to 18 cities nationwide, Delta passengers departing Las Vegas (LAS) don’t have access to a dedicated lounge at present.

That will change as of 2029, when a brand-new Sky Club facility is scheduled to open. Exact details remain limited, but we can expect the space to meet the high standards we’ve come to enjoy in other lounges across the country.

Hot Tip:

Just under a year ago, Delta made changes to its lounge access policy in an attempt to reduce overcrowding.

More Renovations Coming to Atlanta, Jacksonville, and Tampa

Delta’s Sky Club locations at its Florida airports, Jacksonville (JAX) and Tampa (TPA), are also high on its renovation list.

At Jacksonville, the Sky Club will be relocated and reopen in early 2027, approximately 3 times the size of the current space.

And down in Tampa, Delta will open an all-new Sky Club at the airport’s new Airside D terminal. It’s not slated to open until 2028.

Also in Florida, renovations at the airline’s Orlando (MCO) location were completed in early 2025. Given the lines that often formed to gain entry, the space was expanded to add capacity for around 75 more passengers.

Sky Club Upgrades Now Complete at Atlanta and Philadelphia

If you’re passing through Atlanta (ATL) or Philadelphia (PHL) and have Delta Sky Club access, then you’re in for a treat.

Renovations at 3 Atlanta Sky Club locations — A17, A Centerpoint, and C37 — have been completed, increasing capacity at Delta’s busiest hub by 15%.

Elsewhere, the Delta Sky Club in Philadelphia has reopened after a major refurbishment. Capacity has almost doubled at this location.

Final Thoughts

It’s great to see Delta investing in its lounges, even at its smaller, non-hub locations like Jacksonville and Philadelphia. We expect more exciting updates from Delta to come this year, so watch this space.
