Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary celebration is still going strong — and soon, it will include a spooky twist.

The self-proclaimed “Happiest Place on Earth” has a long list of celebrations planned this year (with many already happening), and the latest addition is packed with family-friendly Halloween and not-so-spooky fall experiences.

Let’s take a look at all of the details.

The Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration will “celebrate happy” with limited-time parades, shows, food, merchandise, and more through Summer 2026.

From nostalgic throwbacks to brand new (to the U.S.) characters, there is a lot to be happy about in Anaheim.

With so much to see and plenty of time to squeeze it all in, planning a trip to Disneyland should be on your to-do list.

Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort

If you’re looking for a not-so-scary Halloween party, Halloween Time at Disneyland is the place to be.

From August 22 through October 31, 2025, guests can experience Haunted Mansion Holiday, Mater’s Graveyard JamBOOree, Luigi’s Honkin’ Haul-O-Ween, Guardians of the Galaxy — Monsters After Dark, and so much more.

And, of course, you can expect Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and their friends to be rocking their new Halloween looks!

Oogie Boogie Bash

Oogie Boogie Bash — A Disney Halloween Party is a separately ticketed event that offers after-hours, family-friendly fun at Disney California Adventure park.

A Celebration of Coco: Plaza de La Familia at California Adventure

Celebrating the Spirit of Día de Los Muertos at the Plaza de la Familia is a must-do for fans of the film “Coco” from August 22 through November 2, 2025.

The plaza will come to life with music, dancing, a memory wall, crafts, and a “hand-animated dimensional figure of Miguel”.

Whether you’re grabbing a photo, snacking on some delicious Mexican cuisine, or taking in live entertainment from the “Storytellers of Plaza de la Familia Celebrate the Musical World of Coco!,” you will not want to skip the plaza.
