Delta has several promotions available right now, and these new offers don’t involve flying. Rather, they’re related to rental cars and hotel stays.

SkyMiles members can save 15%, earn bonus miles, or score extra Medallion Qualification Dollars (MQDs) toward elite status, depending on the offer. Each has different terms and dates.

SkyMiles members can take advantage of 3 different offers right now. Each requires booking through the Delta Travel Extras portal.

5X Miles Offer

Earn 5 SkyMiles per $1 spent on reservations through August 23, applicable for stays and rentals through December 31, 2026.

This offer is only available for those who haven’t booked in the Delta Stays portal in the last 24 months. It also doesn’t apply to vacation packages or Airbnb rentals.

Members won’t earn SkyMiles on taxes, fees, or any portion of a booking covered by miles redemptions.

When booking any travel with Delta, consider booking your trip(s) with one of the best cards for Delta flyers, as giving you even more benefits and earnings in addition to the MQDs you can earn through this promotion.

15% Discount When Redeeming Miles

Members can use this offer to spend 15% fewer miles on hotel stays and car rentals. This promotion requires booking by June 30 and completing the trip by December 31, 2026.

Travelers can redeem SkyMiles to cover all or part of a trip.

Hot Tip:

This offer is different from — and can’t be combined with — the ability to use 15% fewer miles when booking Delta flights if you have an eligible Delta credit card.

MQDs Promotion

For reservations made by July 20, SkyMiles members will earn 1 MQD per $1 spent on hotels, vacation rentals, and car rentals. Travel must be completed by December 15, 2026.

This offer doesn’t apply to any bookings through Delta Vacations.

Is It Worth It?

The bonus MQDs and miles offers from this promotion are in addition to what you’ll already earn as a Delta SkyMiles member. The real interest, though, is the ability to help you earn Delta elite status faster.

In 2026, here’s how many MQDs you need to reach each status tier:

5,000 MQDs for Silver
10,000 MQDs for Gold
15,000 MQDs for Platinum
28,000 MQDs for Diamond
