“This major expansion of service from PHX solidifies Frontier’s place as one of Phoenix’s largest airlines,” said Barry Biffle, President and CEO of Frontier Airlines, in a statement.

This announcement comes after the airline announced a major expansion at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), which will see 5 new international destinations later this year. Frontier also added service this month from Las Vegas (LAS) to Baltimore (BWI), Buffalo (BUF), Hartford (BDL), and Kansas City (MCI).

Tickets Start at Just $19 Each Way

Frontier is offering flights starting at $19 each way to celebrate the expansion in Phoenix. Note there are several restrictions to know about before you book, including:

  • Fares are valid for nonstop travel on select days of the week only.
  • Fares are valid through February 2, 2023, for the cities whose service will start in 2022, while fares are valid through March 2, 2023, for those cities whose service begins in 2023.
  • The following blackout dates apply: November 19-23 and 25-28, 2022; December 16-18 and 22-24, 2022; December 26, 2022, through January 3, 2023; January 6-8 and 17-18, 2023; and February 20, 2023.
