Gobal Airlines has revealed a sneak preview of what we can expect from inside its Airbus A380s.

The London-based airline start-up that has captured the attention of the aviation industry has selected U.K.-based Factorydesign to spearhead the design and development of the interior of its superjumbos.

“Factorydesign are now officially onboard with us, driving the innovation we are all excited to see on
our aircraft,” confirmed James Asquith, CEO and founder of Global Airlines.

Let’s take a look at the first insights we have into what to expect from Global’s Airbus A380s.

Global Airlines A380 Cabins, Designed by Factorydesign

Global Airlines aims to redefine the long-haul flying experience from start to finish, including the onboard product. With that, the airline has enlisted the esteemed aviation and product designers at Factorydesign to develop a product that matches the airline’s aura of elegance and luxury.

On December 20, 2023, the airline released the first images, which feature a theme of dark reds and subdued mood lighting, as well as a sneak peek at the exterior of the airline’s first-class suites.

As the impressions are all we have to go on so far, we can only imagine what the final product will look like. However, given that Factorydesign has worked on projects such as the Upper Class Loft on Virgin Atlantic’s Airbus A350s, the latest version of the Delta One suites, and none other than the Etihad Apartment, we can trust that something special will be delivered.

It shouldn’t be too long before we get more news and see the designs.

Bottom Line:

Global Airlines is a long-haul start-up aiming to bring back the glory days of air travel. To find out more about this intriguing airline, Upgraded Points caught up with James Asquith, CEO and founder of Global Airlines, at the 2023 Dubai Airshow, where we discussed all things A380, airline alliances, and aviation sustainability.

Final Thoughts

Global Airlines has closed out an exciting year in aviation with a sneak peek at the inside of its yet-to-fly Airbus A380s, as designed by Factorydesign. As soon as we gather more details on the premium product design and cabin layout, we’ll be sure to keep you posted!
