Hilton is expanding its portfolio once again with the launch of Outset Collection, the company’s 25th brand. This new addition is designed for upscale conversions, providing property owners with more flexibility while offering travelers a wider range of unique stays.

What Travelers Can Expect From Hilton’s Outset Collection

Hilton already has 2 successful conversion brands — Curio Collection and Tapestry Collection — but Outset Collection aims to stand apart. The brand is built around the idea of individuality, ensuring each property reflects its local surroundings rather than following a one-size-fits-all template.

Hilton says it has 60 Outset Collection hotels in development, with the potential for 500 locations across the U.S. and Canada.

The first hotels will open for bookings in November 2025, with stays beginning later this year. Launch locations include a basecamp-style property in Moab, Utah, catering to outdoor enthusiasts, and Chicago’s Acme Hotel in the River North district.

Every hotel in the Outset Collection will feature its own distinct design, architecture, dining options, and amenities. That could mean tech-forward rooms in a city boutique hotel or trail snacks and local guidebooks in a mountain lodge. Hilton says the goal is to deliver authentic, place-driven experiences while still providing the reliability travelers expect from Hilton.

As with all Hilton brands, Outset Collection will be fully integrated into the Hilton Honors loyalty program, allowing members the ability to earn and redeem points at properties that feel more independent and boutique.
