Hilton is boosting its presence in the United Arab Emirates by opening 2 new hotels, Embassy Suites and Hilton Garden Inn, in Dubai’s Business Bay neighborhood.

Let’s look at both hotels and how you can book them with Hilton Honors points!

Hilton Expands in the UAE

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Dubai Business Bay has 104 suites and studios, most with views of the Burj Khalifa. This is the debut of the brand in the United Arab Emirates. Amenities include 3 dining options, a pool, a kids play area, a spa, and an indoor and outdoor gym.

The Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Business Bay is considerably larger than the Embassy Suites, with 229 guest rooms and suites. Amenities include a restaurant, a pool, a gym, and a spa.

Hilton says the 2 hotels will contribute to growth in an “incredibly dynamic” Emirati market.

Commenting on the Embassy Suites hotel, Guy Hutchinson, president of Middle East and Africa, said: “We look forward to welcoming guests to these properties, which are set to be a hub of hospitality excellence for leisure and business travelers alike.”

How To Book

Both hotels are now open for guests and are part of the Hilton Honors program. You can earn and redeem points for your stay.

Rates at the Embassy Suites start at around $200 per night this winter and range between $230 and $330 in early 2025. An award stay costs 70,000 Hilton Honors points per night for a standard room.

Rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn start from $130 per night this winter. Award rates here are considerably cheaper than the Embassy Suites, so this is the better place to stretch your points. Most dates are around 50,000 points per night, though there are a few dates for 49,000 points per night.

Final Thoughts

Hilton Honors loyalists have 2 new, low-cost points hotels in Dubai. They will likely appeal to business travelers, as both are in the Business Bay neighborhood, but should draw leisure travelers looking to save money or points.
