Today, Hyatt has some big news: the chain has acquired the me and all hotels chain from Lindner Hotels, giving World of Hyatt members more lodging options in Europe.

There’s a lot to cover, so let’s dive right in!

About Me and All Hotels

Hyatt announced on June 28 that it had acquired the German brand me and all hotels.

Me and all hotels have a pretty small footprint, boasting just 6 properties across Germany. However, its pipeline includes hotels in Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, and Stuttgart spanning 1,000 rooms. Additionally, Hyatt says it plans to grow the brand outside of Germany and is in “various stages of negotiation.”

Me and all hotels currently fall under the JdV by Hyatt brand, but will eventually become a standalone brand under the World of Hyatt loyalty program.

“We are thrilled to deepen our successful collaboration and shift into high-growth gear for me and all hotels, backed by Hyatt’s global distribution engine,” said Arno Schwalie, Chief Executive Officer, Lindner. “The combination of the successful work we have done to launch and position the brand in Germany, its vibrant pipeline, and the potential for growth as part of Hyatt makes us confident that what has become a beloved lifestyle brand in Germany will soon shine on the global stage.”

Bottom Line:

Me and all hotels are typically in central locations. The brand is known for having “vibrant” public spaces that appeal to business and leisure travelers alike.

Booking Me and All Hotels

Me and all hotels are able to be booked with World of Hyatt points. Most of the properties fall on the lower end of Hyatt’s award chart, which make them great options for points bookings or using a Category 1-4 free night certificate. (You can earn these through the Brand Explorer program, staying 30 nights or earning 50,000 base points, or having a Hyatt card.)

For instance, me and all hotel hanover is a Category 2 property. That means award rates range from 6,500 to 9,500 points per night, depending on dates.

Earning World of Hyatt points isn’t easy. However, you have some options if you need to top up your balance. You can earn points by opening a co-branded credit card or transferring points from Chase Ultimate Rewards or Bilt Rewards.

Final Thoughts

This is excellent news for World of Hyatt loyalists, who can now book me and all hotels (at competitive rates) in Europe. If you’re unfamiliar with the brand, this is an awesome opportunity to check out their hotels when visiting Germany!
