Bonus Hyatt Points for Meeting and Event Planners

Qualifying event and meeting planners who sign contracts for group travel at Hyatt hotels in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Central America, South America, or the Caribbean by December 31, 2025, can earn up to 30,000 bonus World of Hyatt points. That’s on top of the points they’d already be entitled to earn with the reservations.

Room blocks, which are defined as a minimum of 10 rooms with at least 1 night occurring on a peak night, can be booked at the following Hyatt brands:

  • Alila
  • Andaz
  • Caption by Hyatt
  • Destination by Hyatt
  • Grand Hyatt
  • Hyatt Centric
  • Hyatt House
  • Hyatt Place
  • Hyatt Regency
  • Hyatt
  • JdV by Hyatt
  • Miraval
  • Park Hyatt
  • The Unbound Collection by Hyatt
  • Thompson Hotels
  • Dream Hotels
  • Impression by Secrets
  • Standard
  • StandardX

You can earn up to 30,000 bonus World of Hyatt points according to the following structure:

  • Book 10 to 19 rooms and receive 5,000 bonus points
  • Book 20 to 29 rooms and receive 10,000 bonus points
  • Book 30 to 39 rooms and receive 20,000 bonus points
  • Book 40 or more rooms and receive 30,000 bonus points

We value Hyatt points at 1.5 cents each. That makes 30,000 points worth $450.

In addition to the bonus points, meeting and event organizers are entitled to the following benefits when booking a qualifying room block:

  • Receive 1 complimentary room for every 30 booked.
  • Receive savings of 3% on total room revenue.
  • Enjoy the ability to reduce the size of the room block by up to 30% without paying a penalty.

Organizers need to contact their Hyatt rep or submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) on this page. Ensure you mention the code ROOMS-2025 in your correspondence or when submitting the RFP. Stays must occur between now and December 31, 2025, to be eligible.

Further, you must be a World of Hyatt member by the time your contract is filed and must provide your World of Hyatt number during that process. Per Hyatt’s terms, bonus points will be posted to your account between 2 and 4 weeks after checkout.
