Here’s all you need to know about Hyatt’s newest summer sale.

If you’re a World of Hyatt member (you can sign up here for free if you’re not already), you can book stays with up to a 25% discount at participating hotels and resorts worldwide.

Save up to 25% in the Americas

This sale is valid at more than 700 participating Hyatt properties located in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean. The list of eligible hotels is available here.

World of Hyatt members as well as non-members must book their stays between July 8 and July 28 for travel July 9 to September 30, 2025.

Save up to 25% in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East

This sale is exclusive to World of Hyatt members and offers discounts of up to 25%. To qualify, use the promo code MEMBER at the time of booking and make your reservation by August 7. Eligible stays are July 4 to November 2, 2025.

Over 150 properties are participating in this offer.

Save up to 25% in Asia Pacific

Another sale offers up to a 25% discount, this time at nearly 200 hotels in the Asia Pacific region. To score the discount, World of Hyatt members can use the promo code VIP25 when they book by August 7.

This promotion applies to stays between July 6 and November 30, 2025.

Which Hotels Are Participating?

More than 1,000 properties across the world are eligible for the summer savings of up to 25% from Hyatt. So while not every hotel in Hyatt’s portfolio will be discounted, many are available. Discounts don’t apply to group or convention rates, other promotional offers, tour packages, or special rate programs. Additionally, some hotels may set blackout dates.

While this sale doesn’t include any Mr & Mrs Smith properties, popular resorts like Grand Hyatt Baha Mar and Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa are eligible — plus many more. If you’re paying cash, these discounts can add up to significant savings on your stay.

Which brands are participating? You’ll see numerous properties from Hyatt Centric, Hyatt House, Hyatt Place, Hyatt Regency, and the Unbound Collection, but you’ll also see a handful of properties in other brands like Park Hyatt, Destination by Hyatt, JdV by Hyatt, Thompson, and even a few properties from Alila, and Andaz. You’ll even find some all-inclusive properties and a handful of hotels in other brands, as well.
