Sun, food, samba, people, and food — there are plenty of reasons to love Brazil. And if you’re looking for an inexpensive stay, a new promotion from Accor offers rooms as low as $30 per night at its ibis, ibis Styles, and ibis budget brands if you book by July 22, 2024.

Let’s check out the details.

Ibis Flash Sale in Brazil — Details

Among the many brands in ALL – Accor Live Limitless, you’ll find 3 with ibis in the name: ibis, Ibis Styles, and ibis budget. Right now, stays with these 3 brands in Brazil are discounted if you book by July 22.

Nightly rates are available for roughly $30 per night, and eligible stays run from August 2 to December 15, 2024.

Since the majority of Brazil is in the southern hemisphere, that timeline takes you from spring to mid-summer, whether you’re heading to the incredible beaches of the “Brazilian Caribbean” on the north coast to the famed beaches of Rio de Janeiro or the far south for its gaúcho cowboy culture (and famous barbecue).

The discounted rates in this promotion depend on where you’re heading and which brand you choose.

ibis budget stays are available at these rates:

  • Central-West, North, and São Paulo State: R$ 159 (~$28.40)
  • Northeast, South, Minas Gerais, and Espírito Santo: R$ 179 (~$32)
  • São Paulo City and Rio de Janeiro: R$ 199 (~$35.50)

Meanwhile, stays at ibis and ibis Styles price as follows:

  • Central-West, North, São Paulo State: R$ 199 (~$35.50)
  • Northeast, South, Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo: R$ 219 (~$39)
  • São Paulo City and Rio de Janeiro: R$ 239 (~$42.70)

More than 160 hotels are participating in this offer. You can view a list of participating hotels here.

Key terms of this offer you should know about:

  • Reservations cannot be changed or canceled.
  • Offer is only available to members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless.
  • This offer can be used multiple times without limit during the eligibility period.
  • The booking window closes on July 22, 2024, at noon Brasília time (1 hour ahead of EST in the U.S.)

Is It Worth It?

If you’re looking for a discounted stay and want to earn ALL Reward points or stay credits, this can be a good offer. However, make sure you understand the earning rates at these hotels.

While you’ll earn 25 points for every €10 spent at many Accor brands, you’ll earn just half of that at ibis and ibis Styles — just 12.5 points for every €10 you spend. However, ibis budget properties don’t participate in Accor Live Limitless, meaning you won’t earn points at those properties.

Final Thoughts

If you’re heading to Brazil — Brasil to the locals — and looking for an inexpensive stay, the 3 ibis brands are offering some incredibly cheap prices. Through mid-December, you can get rooms as low as $30 per night. You’ll need to book noon on July 22 if you want to take advantage of this promotion.
