Las Vegas hotels have introduced new all-inclusive promotions this summer to combat declining visitors and attract travelers affected by a surge in gas and airfare costs. Conrad Las Vegas, MGM Resorts, and Caesars Entertainment are offering packaged vacations that include meals, drinks, entertainment, and parking.

But not all promotions are created equal.

Conrad Las Vegas

The Conrad Complete experience is available from May 26 to September 8, 2026, as an enhancement to an existing reservation, and can also be added at the time of booking. It costs $150 per guest, per night, with a minimum of 2 guests.

The promotion includes:

  • Dining: Multi-course lunch and dinner at select restaurants, breakfast and an evening social hour at the Club 66 VIP Lounge, and drinks poolside at Bites
  • Entertainment: Reserved pool experience, complimentary entry to Zouk nightclub
  • Parking: Complimentary valet for 1 vehicle

Unlike other all-inclusive promotions on the Strip, Conrad Complete pricing does not include the hotel stay.

I got a preview of the Conrad Complete experience during an April 2026 visit. Here’s what you can expect from the benefits, and whether they are worth the cost.

Dining

I kicked off my all-inclusive experience with a multi-course lunch at Agave Bar & Grill by the pool. I chose the fruit plate to start, and the chicken burrito bowl as my entree. I noticed right away that the portions were large — the fruit plate could have easily been split between 2 people.

There was plenty of attention to detail in the plating and fruit selection. The burrito bowl was also delicious, and I enjoyed the fresh, refreshing lunch in the shade while watching the action at the main pool. My server, Emilio, was friendly and attentive, which made the meal that much more enjoyable.

After checking out the haunts at Universal Horror Unleashed at AREA15, I returned to Resorts World Las Vegas for a late dinner. My dinner experience at Wally’s was outrageous. I started with the artichoke hummus, crispy baby artichokes, pea falafel, and the largest pita I’ve ever been served, which could have been a meal on its own. My entree was the NY Prime steak frites, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I finished with a passionfruit sorbet.

I missed the social hour from 3 to 5 p.m. at Club 66, which includes up to 3 complimentary drinks (from a selection of spirits, beer, and wine). When calculating your return on investment, this is a clear way to maximize your value.

I enjoyed the included continental breakfast at Club 66 and spent most of my time taking in the amazing panoramic views of the Strip from the comfortable chairs and outdoor patio.

The continental breakfast was honestly more of a traditional buffet. Sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, and potatoes were offered, along with yogurt parfaits, fresh fruit, and bakery items. Coffee, tea, juice, and bottled water were also available.

Entertainment

Conrad Complete offers 30 minutes of early access to the family pool, though the entire pool complex was fully shaded at this time of morning. This pool is adjacent to Bites, where Conrad Complete guests can enjoy complimentary beer and soda.

Guests who book Conrad Complete also receive complimentary entry to Zouk Nightclub at The District during its operating hours (check the event calendar).

RL Grime was in session the night I was in town, so I saved about $30 on admission.

Parking

If you have a car during your Conrad Complete visit, you’ll get complimentary valet service for the entire stay, valued at $40 a day.

Is It Worth It?

When booking on Hilton.com, the lowest rate available for my stay was the $365-per-night “A World of Flavor” rate that included a $100 dining credit per stay. The Conrad Complete option was priced at $300 higher per night, so the question is whether you get at least $150 per person, per night in value from the experience.

Here are my personal estimates of the value I received (or would have received) during my 1-night stay:

  • Dining: Lunch ($40), dinner ($110), breakfast and evening social hour ($75), drinks poolside at Bites ($30)
  • Entertainment: Reserved pool experience ($80), complimentary entry to Zouk nightclub ($30)
  • Parking: Complimentary valet for 1 vehicle ($40)

This adds up to roughly $400 in value, though I did not take advantage of the evening social hour, poolside drinks, reserved pool experience, or valet. If you’re going all-in on this (or any) all-inclusive package, the more benefits you use, the more compelling the math becomes.

Bottom Line:

Knowing your anticipated costs and itinerary will help you quantify whether Conrad Complete is a great deal for you.

MGM: Luxor and Excalibur

Launched in March 2026, Marriott Bonvoy loyalists can enjoy an all-inclusive experience at Luxor Hotel & Casino and Excalibur Hotel & Casino starting at $330 (plus tax) for a 2-night stay for 2 guests.

The promotion includes:

  • Hotel stay: A 2-night hotel stay for 2 guests, including all resort fees
  • Dining: 3 meals per day per guest (breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with 1 alcoholic beverage included per meal), redeemable at select restaurants at Excalibur, Luxor, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, and New York-New York
  • Entertainment: 2 tickets to 1 of 6 MGM Resorts signature shows, including Blue Man Group and Carrot Top, plus 1 ride per guest on the Big Apple Coaster at the New York-New York
  • Parking: Self-parking for 1 vehicle at any MGM Resorts Las Vegas property

Caesars: Harrah’s, LINQ, and Flamingo

Launched in April 2026, Caesars offers an all-inclusive summer package valid at Flamingo Las Vegas, Harrah’s Las Vegas, and The LINQ Hotel through August 2026. The package can be booked for $200 per night for 1 guest, including resort fees. Additional guests (up to 3) are $100 per person per night.

The package includes:

  • Hotel stay: 1 night in a standard hotel room (taxes and resort fees included)
  • Dining: 2 meals per day at select restaurants across the 3 hotels, plus complimentary alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks at select bars across the 3 hotels
  • Entertainment: 2 tickets for the High Roller Observation Wheel, plus 20% off cabanas and daybeds at the pool at The LINQ
  • Parking: Self‑parking for 1 vehicle

Final Thoughts

MGM and Caesars include a hotel stay with resort fees in their packages, and are priced from $165 to $300 per night for 2 guests, respectively. Conrad Las Vegas positions its Conrad Complete offering as a rate enhancement. In addition to a nightly rate that may already exceed the all-in promo costs at MGM or Caesars, guests pay $300 per night for 2 guests and are still on the hook for the nightly $55 resort fee.

Conrad is a luxury Hilton brand, and MGM and Caesars have positioned their value-oriented properties in the all-inclusive space. The promotions across these 3 groups vary significantly and are meant to keep you on-property. So if you plan to hotel-hop or have off-site business, you may miss some perks, as I did. Evaluating the best fit and whether you’ll come out ahead (or the house wins) goes beyond simple rate comparisons.
