New Lufthansa Mileage Bargains for June 2026: Few Options but Good Value

Much like Air France-KLM Flying Blue Promo Rewards, Lufthansa Miles & More offers a regular promotion with discounted reward redemptions for flights on Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, and several other brands under the Lufthansa Group — though unfortunately not with Lufthansa or SWISS any longer.

Lufthansa has launched its newest Miles & More Mileage Bargains (“Meilenschnäppchen” is fun to say) for June, and this version is an unfortunate continuation of the decline of what used to be a great monthly promotion. Now, there’s not much to speak of for U.S. flyers.

However, we should at least be glad there are offers to/from the U.S. this month. There have been a few months recently with no deals to the U.S., so this is a least a silver lining.

Here’s what you need to know.

Promotion Details

This month’s list of Miles & More Mileage Bargains comprises hundreds of deals on flights around the world. However, there are just 7 deals available for flights between the U.S. and Europe. Yes, you read that right. There used to be hundreds every month, so this is a sad update.

However, savings are savings at the end of the day, and speaking objectively, there are good deals to the 2 destinations available from the U.S. this month. To take advantage, you must book before June 30 and then fly during the dedicated travel period.

And before we go too far, understand that these flights can’t be canceled for a refund. Your travel plans should be firm before you confirm a reservation.

Business Class Deals

You can fly with LOT Polish or Brussels Airlines this month, paying 61,000 miles round-trip.

With LOT, fly from Chicago (ORD) to Krakow (KRK) between July 1 and August 31, 2026. With Brussels Airlines, fly from New York City (JFK) or Washington Dulles (IAD) to Brussels (BRU) between September 15 and October 31, 2026.

Premium Economy Deals

You’ll pay 42,000 miles round-trip to fly with LOT Polish or Brussels Airlines.

With LOT, you can fly between Chicago and Krakow between July 1 and August 31, 2026. With Brussels Airlines, you can fly between NYC or Washington Dulles and Brussels between September 15 and October 31, 2026.

Economy Deals

Pay 25,000 miles round-trip for flights on Brussels Airlines or LOT Polish.

Fly on LOT round-trip between Chicago and Krakow, traveling from July 1 to August 31, 2026. With Brussels Airlines, you can fly from JFK or Washington Dulles to Brussels, traveling between September 15 and October 31, 2026.

Earning Lufthansa Miles

When considering the mileage cost alone, these flights offer some incredible bargains. Unfortunately, earning Lufthansa miles can be difficult, as Miles & More only has 1 transferable currency partnership (Rove Miles) in the U.S. Plus, the taxes and fees can be very expensive.

However, if you’re interested in taking advantage of these monthly promotions, you may want to consider signing up for the co-branded Lufthansa credit card, the Miles & More^® World Elite Mastercard^®.

Final Thoughts

Lufthansa’s monthly Mileage Bargains have been rather disappointing so far this year. Previously, we had hoped the abysmally low offerings from the U.S. were an anomaly, but apparently that wasn’t the case. Plus, the offerings this month only touch the East Coast.

Still, if the available route suits your travel plans, there’s no denying it’s a good deal at just 25,000 miles for a round-trip flight between the U.S. and Europe. Paying 42,000 or 61,000 for round-trip flights in premium economy and business class, respectively, also presents good value.

However, taxes are high, and earning Lufthansa miles isn’t as simple as transferring your credit card points. Instead, you’ll want to grab the Lufthansa Miles & More card or take advantage of other methods to help build your balance. If you’ve got the required miles and can travel during the eligible window, these monthly offers present great value.
