Update:

The Mesa Homeowners Card and Mesa Points program have been discontinued as of December 2025.

Mesa, a homeowner membership platform that turns everyday home expenses into rewards, has been steadily growing its list of redemption partners.

Now, Mesa is continuing to grow its transfer partner list by launching a new partnership with Omni Hotels & Resorts. The hotel chain operates more than 50 hotels and resorts across the U.S. and Mexico, giving members a new way to redeem Mesa Points for free hotel nights.

Here’s how the new partnership works and what it means for Mesa members looking to stretch their travel rewards even further.

Mesa’s Point Transfers to Omni Open Up More Travel Options

Mesa — best known for its Mesa Homeowners Card, which earns bonus points on everyday essentials like mortgage payments, utilities, home insurance, and maintenance services (all without an annual fee) — is now expanding its rewards ecosystem even further.

Its new partnership with Omni Hotels & Resorts introduces a transfer program that lets members convert 30,000 Mesa Points into 100 Omni Credits, enough for a free night at any Omni property, no matter the destination.

This is the first time Omni has partnered with a credit card rewards platform to support points-based transfer redemptions.

Mesa has been on a tear lately, adding 2 new airline transfer partnersAir Canada Aeroplan and SAS EuroBonus  — and now Omni becomes the latest addition to Mesa’s transfer partner list. It also marks Mesa’s second hotel transfer partner, following its recent addition of Accor Live Limitless (ALL), further expanding the ways members can redeem points.

To celebrate the launch, Mesa Points members who move points within the first 3 months will receive complimentary Champion Status in Omni’s Select Guest loyalty program. This tier typically requires a minimum of $4,000 in annual spending and includes perks such as room upgrades, late checkout, and welcome amenities.

Mesa says the partnership supports its mission to offer homeowners meaningful benefits beyond bill credits or statement savings. By partnering with an established domestic hospitality brand, Mesa is allowing members to use their rewards toward travel experiences — whether that’s a family vacation or a business trip.

Hot Tip:

If you’re considering an Omni stay next year, transfer your Mesa Points early. The Champion Status offer is only available for the first 3 months, making it the best time to stack extra benefits like room upgrades and late checkout.

Final Thoughts

Mesa’s new partnership with Omni provides those of us already in the Mesa ecosystem with another meaningful way to utilize our points. And because this is Omni’s first-ever transfer partnership, it opens up some genuinely unique opportunities — especially if you’ve been eyeing one of the chain’s upscale properties here in the U.S. or in Mexico.

Whether it’s a city stay or a resort getaway, Mesa members now have another way to turn points into upcoming trips at some very solid hotels.
